Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten – einem etablierten Energieversorger – einen erfahrenen Kundenberater (w/m/d) für die telefonische Kundenbetreuung im Home Office. In dieser Rolle sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für Privatkunden bei allen Fragen rund um Energieversorgung, Abrechnung und moderne Energielösungen.
Vertragsart: Unbefristet
Arbeitsort: Home Office (Deutschland)
Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, 08:00 - 16:30 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben
- Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden bei Fragen zu Belieferung, Rechnungen und Abschlagszahlungen
- Unterstützung bei der Nutzung des Online-Kundenportals, einschließlich Login-Problemen und Passwort-Resets
- Beratung zu modernen Energiedienstleistungen wie Wallboxen, Photovoltaikanlagen und E-Mobilität
- Navigation und Information zu relevanten Bereichen der Unternehmenswebsite
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen mittels SAP ISU und interner Software-Tools
- Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte und Anliegen
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice-Bereich (Call Center)
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung für einen Energiedienstleister im Strombereich – diese Branchenerfahrung ist zwingend erforderlich
- Verfügbarkeit ab dem 21.09.2026
- Zeitliche Flexibilität innerhalb der Servicezeiten (Mo-Fr, 08:00-16:30 Uhr)
- Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägter, überzeugender Kommunikationsstil
- Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten am Telefon
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP ISU von Vorteil
