About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential property management organization seeking a Remote Support Service Specialist to join their growing team. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting residents, property teams, and internal operations while delivering exceptional service experiences.

As the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, vendors, and internal departments, you'll provide professional support, organize service requests, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with multitasking, excels at customer service, and can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Resident & Client Services: Respond to telephone, email, and online inquiries from residents, consumers, and vendors with timely, professional solutions
  • Assist with service inquiries, account questions, scheduling, and general needs while delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for proper resolution
  • Service Coordination: Track and coordinate service requests from initiation through completion
  • Schedule appointments and provide updates to residents and property teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up by liaising with internal departments and service suppliers
  • Maintain service history records and monitor open requests
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services in corporate systems
  • Perform data entry, records management, and general administrative tasks
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation of support activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
  • Collaborate with property management teams and internal departments
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service quality

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while connecting effectively with remote teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in property management, multifamily housing, resident services, hospitality, or customer assistance
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, property management software, or customer service platforms
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
