• Assist with payment reconciliation processes and identify discrepancies or anomalies
• Review payment confirmations and associated documentation for accuracy
• Respond to internal and customer payment inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Track payment status and conduct follow-up on pending or delayed transactions
• Generate payment summary reports and transaction analyses
• Manage internal systems, spreadsheets, and digital payment platforms
• Support the Finance and Operations team with membership and subscription payment records
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and payment security protocols
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial data

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in digital payments, payment processing, banking, accounting, customer service, or administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proficiency with digital financial technologies and online platforms
• Strong skills in electronic document management and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable desktop or laptop computer with stable, high-speed internet connection
• Smartphone availability for business communications during working hours
• Ability to securely handle sensitive customer and financial information
• Experience with cloud storage and secure data transfer methods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with online payment gateways and e-wallets
• Knowledge of subscription or recurring billing systems

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
