Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their growing product leadership team. This is a strategic, hands-on role working directly with enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, media, and technology sectors on mission-critical digital transformation initiatives.

Our client operates globally with distributed teams across multiple continents, delivering cutting-edge digital products using Agile and Lean methodologies. As Senior Product Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex business challenges into elegant product solutions while leading cross-functional teams to execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to develop comprehensive digital strategies and lead execution across global delivery teams
• Serve as cross-functional product lead for distributed teams spanning multiple geographies and time zones
• Partner with engineering leadership to manage project progress, resource allocation, and course corrections as needed
• Drive progressive execution by prioritizing and planning release content and timelines
• Define and own product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segmentation
• Make strategic prioritization trade-offs aligned with product objectives and business value
• Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal stakeholders
• Establish KPIs, measure business and customer value delivery, and report on milestones
• Stay current on industry trends, accessibility standards, usability best practices, and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in customer-facing Product Leadership roles (Senior PM, Lead PM, Director level)
• 5+ years of consulting experience working with diverse client organizations
• Deep expertise with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and varied client environments
• Proven organizational leadership experience, including influencing teams and executive stakeholders
• Strong track record of problem-solving with a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to see strategic vision while managing tactical details
• Experience working with global teams is required
• High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse perspectives
• Well-versed in User Research methodologies and championing customer experience
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to drive decisions among senior stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies
