About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential games studio in the United Kingdom that is entering an exciting growth phase with major releases planned through 2028. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Producer to join their remote development organization and lead multiple cross-disciplinary teams through ambitious projects.

This is a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom, offering the opportunity to work with distributed teams on AAA-quality gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies for multiple cross-disciplinary strike teams, balancing player experience, quality, schedule, and budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish key milestones, and identify deliverables
  • Proactively identify project risks and adapt strategies quickly, making decisive calls that turn obstacles into opportunities
  • Serve as the primary problem-solver for production challenges, making rapid decisions under pressure
  • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive remote environment
  • Build and empower high-performing teams with clear roles, responsibilities, and individual accountability
  • Manage allocation of tools, talent, and resources to meet development needs effectively
  • Ensure transparent communication across departments, external partners, and studio leadership
  • Act as the central coordination point for interdepartmental collaboration toward a unified vision
  • Continuously evaluate and refine production processes using agile frameworks

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of production experience within the games industry
  • Shipped at least one complete AAA game from concept to launch
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
  • Ability to inspire and rally distributed teams around a shared vision
  • Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle and agile frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to any audience
  • Committed gamer with thorough understanding of player expectations and quality benchmarks
  • Ability to critically evaluate game quality from a player's perspective and provide constructive feedback
  • High degree of accountability and ownership of team delivery and results

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong skills in Excel or other data analysis tools
