DR Inside Sales Representative – US Market (Gym & Payments Tech)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential US-based payments technology company serving the fitness industry. This is a phone-first Inside Sales Representative role focused on acquiring new customers in the US market. You'll work remotely from Latin America or the Caribbean while supporting growth in a fast-scaling organization.

We're seeking a driven sales professional who can convert inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals with US gym owners. This position offers a clear path to senior sales and management roles as the company expands.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into new customers through phone and email engagement
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach to US-based prospects
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
• Close sales independently or coordinate handoffs to senior closers when appropriate
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets and revenue goals
• Participate in structured training and coaching sessions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of inside sales or BDR experience
• Near-native English fluency with a neutral accent (required for phone-based sales)
• Proven experience selling to US-based businesses
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Ability to work US Eastern or Central business hours
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Reliable 50+ Mbps internet connection and professional VOIP setup
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven personality
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation

The client offers $40,000–$60,000 USD on-target earnings (base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses). This includes weekly and daily performance incentives, plus non-sales cash bonuses for activity milestones. The commission structure has no cap, and there is a clear advancement path to senior sales and management positions.
