AgriTech Business Development Manager (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology venture in the agricultural innovation space. Our client is building cutting-edge initiatives from the ground up, backed by experienced operators who have successfully scaled category-defining companies. This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage and own the full business development function for a new AgriTech department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core zero-to-one business development initiatives in the agricultural technology sector
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production-ready solutions
• Architect scalable commercial processes and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution without layers of approval
• Report directly to department leadership and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial team members
• Focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction through fast execution

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to work remotely in compatible time zones
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in agricultural technology, rural innovation, or related sectors
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of 0-to-1 initiatives
• Track record of building scalable systems or driving commercial strategy in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort operating with complete autonomy in a fast-moving environment focused on execution over process
