We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to bring operational discipline, cross-functional alignment, and execution clarity to their product development teams in London.
This role sits at the center of product delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, analytics teams, and marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, timelines, and changes. You'll own the operating rhythm of the team while identifying and resolving broader operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and other stakeholders to maintain visibility into dependencies, timelines, priorities, and risks

- Communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction proactively and clearly, ensuring teams understand both what is changing and why
- Identify recurring execution challenges, process breakdowns, and operational gaps, working with leadership to define and implement systematic improvements
- Ensure important decisions and changes are documented and communicated consistently across impacted teams
- Create predictable and effective operating cadences that build confidence in the team's ability to execute against commitments
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to facilitate discussions across technical, product, creative, and business teams
- Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
- Proactive and diligent—you identify risks, gaps, and dependencies before they become urgent and consistently follow through on commitments
- Strategic and operational thinking—able to distinguish between isolated problems and systemic challenges, working with leadership to improve how teams operate
- Significant experience in project management, program management, product operations, or similar roles within technology or software organizations
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices with experience managing product roadmaps, engineering backlogs, and cross-functional dependencies
- Experience working in complex organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders
