About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in Paris who is seeking an HR Legal Counsel to join their growing corporate function. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is exclusively partnering with this organization to identify experienced labor law professionals who can support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support to the HR operations team on matters relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, and employment relationships
- Review and prepare HR legal documentation including employment contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork
- Lead discussions and negotiations with legal implications
- Support senior HR leadership in managing collective labor relations with employee representatives
- Ensure compliance with French labor law across all employment lifecycle stages
- Advise on performance management processes from a legal perspective
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solid legal skills and reasoning abilities
- Autonomous, organized, and structured working style
- Demonstrated adaptability, reactivity, and pragmatism
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
