Operations Coordinator (d/w/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clean energy scale-up based in Cologne. As Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the central liaison between the sales team and field service technicians, ensuring every installation runs smoothly from contract to completion.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Proactively contacting customers to gather missing information and clarify open questions before technician deployment
• Coordinating information flow between B2C sales and technicians to ensure seamless handovers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in internal systems with meticulous attention to detail
• Identifying inconsistencies early and finding pragmatic solutions before delays occur
• Collaborating closely with sales, dispatch, and the field technician team

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (such as office management, logistics coordination, or similar) or comparable qualification
• Clear, friendly, and confident communication skills, including telephone communication under time pressure
• Structured working style with the ability to maintain overview when handling multiple parallel customer inquiries
• Motivation to develop within a young, growing team environment
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) as operational processes run in German
