Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a ServiceNow CLM Consultant to join their technology team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will:
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management solutions
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation within the platform
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Support data migration activities, testing, UAT, and deployment phases
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support to ensure system stability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Background in banking or financial services is highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization capabilities
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications
- Demonstrated experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience supporting data migration and testing activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certification is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia
