Senior Rider Onboarding Associate – (6 Months FTC)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology company seeking a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This field-based role sits within the commercial operations team of a three-sided marketplace platform, focusing on scaling physical onboarding capacity across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You'll work remotely with operational roots in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, or London, traveling extensively to deliver face-to-face onboarding sessions and optimize hub performance.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the format and workflow of physical onboarding hubs to maximize operational efficiency across daily sessions
• Design, operationalize, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI region, implementing standardized systems to maintain high-quality service
• Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding, balancing expansion with time and cost efficiencies
• Partner with support, product, and onboarding teams to troubleshoot live operational issues and translate field intelligence into system enhancements
• Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support localized operations within regional hubs
• Target and eliminate supply constraints in hard-to-source zones, collaborating with supply teams to build accurate demand forecasting models
• Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons to stay ahead of growth demands

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Proven operational experience within technology startups, food delivery logistics, or gig economy platforms
• Self-starter mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and navigate changing operational priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with empathetic listening and communication capabilities
• Ability to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups effectively
• Valid UK or Ireland driving licence and access to your own vehicle for locations underserved by public transport
• Flexibility to travel early and late, with extensive field mobility across the UKI region

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce tooling
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic

Note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension. All field-based travel, accommodation, and personal vehicle mileage expenses will be fully covered by our client.
