React Engineer – Remote, Latin America

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software consultancy with operations across the Americas. Our talent team is searching for an experienced React Engineer to join their growing development organization on a fully remote basis. This role offers the chance to work on diverse client projects while collaborating with skilled professionals across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Work on large-scale, complex systems that serve mission-critical business functions
• Take ownership of your projects from inception through delivery, meeting agreed-upon estimates and timelines
• Contribute to shared libraries and codebases as technical needs arise
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments
• Apply software development best practices consistently across all work
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React in production environments
• Proven track record working on large, complex software systems
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
• Commitment to following industry best practices and coding standards
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar technical challenges independently
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong collaborative mindset
• Located in Brazil with ability to work remotely
