You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving critical projects across engineering, product, operations, hiring, and business development. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants direct influence on company direction.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business, working closely with leadership teams
• Solve complex business and product challenges that span multiple functions
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through full execution
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
