About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Data Product Manager to join their central data and analytics function. This is a fully remote, US-based role with significant impact on enterprise-level reporting and business intelligence.

In this position, you'll define the roadmap for BI and analytics requirements supporting executive reporting. You'll ensure consistent delivery of accurate insights while serving as the subject matter expert on core financial and operational KPIs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, business operations, data engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise reporting roadmap, defining strategic direction for high-level reporting requirements with focus on usability, accuracy, and executive alignment
  • Lead KPI stewardship as the subject matter expert on all enterprise metrics, ensuring consistency, clarity, and documentation of definitions and methodologies
  • Drive cross-functional delivery by collaborating with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate quarterly and monthly reporting packages
  • Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding enterprise reporting needs, data interpretation, and roadmap prioritization
  • Oversee reporting QA and governance, owning the quality assurance process and change management protocols for all executive reporting assets
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in data availability, reporting processes, and visualization tools that scale across the organization

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a multi-brand or enterprise environment
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility
  • Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication abilities – capable of translating complex data topics into clear business language for senior audiences
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus
  • Experience in the Payments domain, including familiarity with tools, compliance requirements, and standards, is highly valued
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise.
