Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential market intelligence SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations. Our client is a high-growth B2B platform trusted by thousands of enterprise customers globally. This is a remote position based in the United States, reporting to the Director of International Revenue Operations.

The Revenue Operations team drives productivity and efficiency across account executives, account managers, and sales development representatives. As a Senior Analyst, you'll develop enabling tools, streamline processes, and create actionable reporting that impacts the entire revenue organization.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability for the international revenue organization
• Partner with international Sales leaders to deliver productivity gains and execute revenue strategy
• Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including template creation, refinement, and prioritization of business asks from leaders and individual contributors
• Evaluate and refine the technology stack, processes, and workflows to enhance productivity
• Explore and implement new tools specific to international business needs
• Build international territories in partnership with regional leadership
• Partner with Insights and BI teams to ensure proper data collection and process adherence
• Create and maintain regular business reporting cadence and CRM dashboards
• Anticipate scaling needs and proactively deliver tools, processes, strategy, and analytics

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and driving Sales Operations productivity
• Proven operations professional passionate about driving productivity, improving processes, and leveraging technology at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Exceptional collaboration skills with ability to influence and align teams based in the US and internationally
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills and effective writing ability
• Creative problem solver who identifies innovative ways to drive sales productivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with B2B sales processes and supporting sales technology tools

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$120,000 USD base compensation. Final offer amounts are determined by candidate experience and expertise. This role may also include equity and a comprehensive benefits program.
