Account Manager – Paris – CDI

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food-tech organization seeking an Account Manager to join their commercial team in Paris. This hybrid role involves regular travel across your designated territory as you support strategic restaurant partners in growing their business through innovative solutions and data-driven approaches.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of restaurant partners in mature markets
• Build strong, long-term relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and industry expert for your partners
• Analyze commercial and operational performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
• Recommend and deploy marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to your portfolio's specific needs
• Collaborate closely with Regional and City Managers to share strategic recommendations and market insights
• Support partners in improving their operations and overall customer experience
• Conduct regular competitive intelligence to anticipate market trends and identify new development opportunities

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings solid experience in several of the following areas, along with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment:

• Experience in strategic account management or commercial partnership development
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term trusted partnerships
• Strong negotiation and commercial management capabilities
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into concrete action plans
• Autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach and focus on continuous improvement
• Very strong communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal
