About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Paris that is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical managed shipping infrastructure product. This role sits at the intersection of marketplace operations, carrier integrations, and seller enablement—directly impacting billions in annual transaction volume.

You will take full ownership of a managed shipping solution that handles label generation, carrier relationships, billing reconciliation, and delivery orchestration across multiple markets. This is a high-leverage infrastructure role where your decisions will shape how physical goods move through the platform and enable future fulfillment capabilities.

Responsibilities

As Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a managed shipping platform serving marketplace sellers across six core domains: label generation, delivery services, billing operations, warranty management, carrier optimization, and seller support
• Drive business outcomes including seller adoption rates, carrier operational performance metrics, and billing accuracy across the platform
• Lead your product squad through the complete feature lifecycle—from conception through launch—for complex initiatives including smart routing systems, billing dashboards, and fulfillment program integrations
• Manage direct relationships with external carrier partners (major European and international logistics providers) as the primary product owner for API integrations and service delivery
• Synthesize insights from seller feedback, carrier performance data, logistics market trends, and internal stakeholders to prioritize ruthlessly between adoption, reliability, and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, seller success, finance, delivery experience teams, and strategic fulfillment programs to ensure alignment and rapid execution
• Build and communicate product vision that balances immediate operational needs with long-term infrastructure investments
• Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on seller shipping operations, carrier network mechanics, and managed logistics product strategy

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Product Management with at least 2+ years specifically in logistics, carrier operations, or marketplace infrastructure roles
• Demonstrated track record shipping complex operational products with measurable business impact—you've owned adoption metrics, delivered revenue outcomes, and managed external partner dependencies
• Direct experience growing B2B product adoption rates through onboarding optimization, commercial positioning, and activation strategies
• Deep carrier and logistics ecosystem knowledge: label generation workflows, carrier API integrations, pickup orchestration, transit time mechanics, warranty/insurance models, and SLA structuring
• Billing and operational data fluency—comfortable owning invoice processing, cost allocation systems, and how logistics data feeds financial reporting

Essential Skills:

• Strong data-driven approach using carrier performance metrics, adoption funnels, A/B testing, and seller research; SQL or data analysis capabilities are highly valued
• Strategic thinking paired with execution excellence—you can define multi-year infrastructure vision while unblocking immediate operational issues
• Ability to lead without authority and influence across organizational boundaries; you've aligned external partners, finance, operations, and engineering teams independently
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical integration complexity into clear seller value propositions and make billing data accessible to finance stakeholders
• Passion for sustainable commerce and seller empowerment in marketplace environments
