What This Role Involves

As a Cyclic Counter at Freudenberg in Toluca, you'll conduct regular inventory counts on defined schedules, verifying that physical stock matches our system records. This position combines physical warehouse work with attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy, making you a key contributor to our supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled cycle counts across designated inventory zones
• Compare physical product quantities against recorded inventory data
• Document discrepancies and report findings to warehouse management
• Update inventory management systems with count results
• Maintain detailed records and ensure data accuracy throughout counting processes
• Follow safety and workplace procedures within the warehouse environment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and follow established counting procedures
• Physical capability to walk and stand for extended periods in warehouse conditions
• Basic computer skills for entering data into inventory systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work as part of the logistics team
