About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Engineer for a 100% remote position based in the United States. This is a full-time, direct W2 role offering strong career growth potential within an established firm.

Responsibilities
- Develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer
- Build Application Engine processes, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts
- Create SQR reports, BI Publisher templates, and AWE workflows
- Optimize SQL queries and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patch applications
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, perform testing, and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and mentor junior developers
- Provide ongoing production support for PeopleSoft modules including HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker
- Proven experience developing SQR reports, BI Publisher reports, and complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of at least one PeopleSoft module: HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PeopleSoft technical certifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI development
- Familiarity with Oracle Database administration
