Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential global technology consultancy seeking experienced Business Development Executives to drive client growth across the Americas region. This is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business relationships and expanding opportunities within enterprise organizations.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing significant new client engagements. You'll work with C-level executives and decision-makers across both business and technology functions, positioning transformative solutions that address complex organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and IT executives at target enterprise clients through professional networks, industry events, and strategic outbound initiatives
  • Lead consultative sales of custom software development, digital transformation, data solutions, and managed services with focus on opportunities exceeding $10M in total contract value
  • Create compelling sales narratives and tightly orchestrate complex deal pursuits, including RFP responses, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and contract structuring
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of approximately 3X qualified opportunities to consistently meet and exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Position the full suite of consulting solutions and global delivery capabilities to prospective clients, articulating differentiated value propositions
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and marketing to tailor offerings to specific client needs
  • Partner with ecosystem alliances to drive joint sales opportunities and expand market reach

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT services sales with a proven "hunter" mentality and track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, opportunity development, deal shaping, relationship building, and negotiation within digital transformation and custom application development markets
  • Proven track record of closing $10M+ enterprise deals in technology consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI, or software development
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles including RFPs, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Strong industry relevance and expertise across one or more vertical domains, particularly within Capital Markets or related sectors
  • Ability to sell high-value business solutions beyond commoditized services and staff augmentation
  • Gravitas and proven success engaging C-level stakeholders using consultative selling approaches
  • Deep understanding of technology trends including cloud solutions, AI, and agile methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach to leading strategic pursuits and rallying cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer value orientation focused on achieving measurable business outcomes
