We are representing a confidential certification services organization seeking a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant with native-level Spanish language skills. This role is based in Greece and offers the opportunity to work with a global client base across multiple time zones.

Our talent team is looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of exam integrity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to exam candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders through email, chat, and phone channels
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure positive customer experiences throughout the examination and certification process
• Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams at testing centers and online platforms
• Enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain certification process integrity
• Handle technical or procedural issues that arise during exams
• Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing
• Maintain accurate records in client systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other departments to achieve optimal results

What We're Looking For

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in both Spanish and English (language certification preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or similar function (preferred)
• Prior experience in certification, training, or exam administration fields (advantage)
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Advanced computer literacy required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Well-organized, self-driven, and flexible personality
• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a monthly basis
• Must be eligible to undergo background checks including employment references and financial screening
