About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy technology company based in London. Our client is scaling rapidly and needs a commercially-minded Partnerships professional to accelerate product deployment and drive B2B2C growth through strategic partner relationships.

This is a multifaceted, client-facing role with strong technical components. You'll own partner relationships from onboarding through expansion, acting as the bridge between partners and internal engineering teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through account expansion, ensuring partners extract maximum value from products
• Align technology solutions with partners' evolving business needs and technical requirements
• Provide go-to-market insights on user propositions, communication strategies, and market positioning
• Manage post-implementation relationships, driving continuous improvement and identifying growth opportunities
• Create structured feedback loops between partners and engineering teams, translating field insights into product enhancements
• Design and implement scalable processes across diverse customer segments
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize partner performance and internal operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial instincts with proven ability to drive results through partner relationships
• Experience managing client-facing, technical partnerships in a B2B2C environment
• Ability to navigate complexity and adapt processes pragmatically without getting stuck in bureaucracy
• Comfort working at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical implementation
• Data-driven decision-making skills with focus on measurable outcomes
• Passion for contributing to meaningful climate and energy transition work
• Willingness to work hybrid in London (2-3 days per week in office around Farringdon)

Pay

This role offers total compensation of £75,000–£200,000, structured as base salary plus equity. The client operates with a flat, equitable pay structure and offers enhanced parental leave, bi-annual team retreats, and a dog-friendly office environment.
