About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing beauty and wellness organization based in Berlin that is building out its finance infrastructure. Our client is seeking a working student in controlling to support their finance team during an exciting period of structural development and digital transformation.

This is a remote position open to candidates across Europe. You'll work closely with the finance team to implement processes, manage documentation, and contribute directly to accounting and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal finance documentation and intranet pages using Notion, including guidelines, process descriptions, and reference materials
• Support the accounting team with tax-related matters, leveraging your training as a tax specialist
• Take ownership of specific accounting and treasury tasks, with increasing responsibility over time
• Prepare financial data and documentation to support the finance team
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the finance department

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r)
• Currently enrolled in a business administration or related degree program
• Practical experience in bookkeeping and tax matters from your training
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, particularly Notion and Excel (must-have)
• German language skills at C1 level
• Good command of English
