Staff Product Manager, Spaces

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the travel technology sector who is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead their venue booking platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the product strategy for a mature platform serving corporate customers across the United States.

Our talent team is partnering with a fast-growing organization that has built significant momentum in the business travel and event space. You'll join an established team with strong foundations and take the product to its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision for how businesses discover, evaluate, and book meeting and event venues from search through post-booking
• Champion the consumer-facing product experience, ensuring every touchpoint from search through booking is intuitive, personalized, and conversion-optimized
• Analyze conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and build features that drive engagement and repeat usage
• Lead automation and AI-powered innovation to eliminate friction in the booking journey, including smart recommendations and streamlined RFP/contracting processes
• Partner with Get A Job.aiering, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations to drive cross-functional alignment and ship high-impact features
• Define and monitor KPIs across conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue to inform product priorities
• Turn competing priorities into clear, shared direction that keeps teams moving forward

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record owning consumer-facing products
• Background in marketplace, booking, travel, or hospitality products strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking combined with precise execution capabilities
• Sharp design sensibility and deep customer empathy—comfortable in both UX reviews and data analysis
• Ability to move from vision through PRD to shipped features while rallying cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered search or recommendations, personalization systems, or RFP/contracting workflows in events or hospitality
• Builder mindset with urgency and bias toward action
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
