About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential federal contracting organization seeking a Business Intelligence / Real Property Analyst to support critical government healthcare readiness initiatives. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with complex datasets, develop impactful dashboards, and provide analytical support to federal clients. We are looking for an experienced professional who can transform data into actionable insights while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

This is a full-time, exempt position requiring up to 40 hours per week with occasional CONUS travel.

Responsibilities

As the Business Intelligence / Real Property Analyst, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI and other analytics platforms
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, scorecards, and analytical visualizations aligned with medical readiness requirements
  • Conduct statistical analysis, identify trends and patterns, interpret results, and recommend solutions
  • Respond to ad hoc data queries, data calls, project analysis, and analytical support requirements
  • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity prior to integration and delivery
  • Review team members' BI submissions and deliverables to ensure adherence to established standards
  • Review project and facility data supporting facilities investment planning and Army real property initiatives
  • Analyze and validate facility information within applicable Army Real Property Systems including DAIS, GFEBS, HWIID, ISR, ePRISMS, LOGICOLE, FROID, ASIP, BUILDER, Vantage, and RPLANS
  • Train team members on Power BI, dashboard development, data integration, and BI deliverables
  • Meet with government stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate mission needs into BI solutions
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and demonstrations both virtually and in person
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and delivery dates for dashboard updates and BI projects

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Research Analyst, or comparable analytical role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating information from databases, spreadsheets, and other repositories
  • Ability to analyze complex information, interpret results, identify trends, and develop recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with government stakeholders, program managers, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Ability to train, mentor, and support team members
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for commercial air travel
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with Army Real Property Systems
  • Federal contracting or military healthcare experience

Work Environment:

This is a remote position requiring reliable broadband internet service with minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload speeds. The role is generally sedentary, operating in a professional office setting with standard equipment. Occasional CONUS travel may be required.
