Technical Account Manager

We are representing a confidential media analytics organization seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Mexico. In this role, you will manage a substantial portfolio of digital campaigns, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional client outcomes. You'll collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams while serving as the trusted advisor for technical product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of a large client portfolio, overseeing multiple digital campaigns simultaneously from initiation through completion
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert, guiding clients through proper implementation and testing of digital measurement solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive them to resolution, maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Partner with analytics teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support sales presentations of technical solutions
• Develop and deliver training sessions on technical product features and contribute to documentation including implementation guides and support materials
• Navigate cross-functional organizations to coordinate timely project delivery and maintain high standards of execution

What We're Looking For

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of web and internet technologies with the ability to quickly master new technical systems and processes
• Creative problem-solving abilities with unwavering focus on client satisfaction and business-critical priorities
• Proven multitasking capability and composure when managing multiple high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments
• Technical literacy combined with client-facing communication skills
• Experience in technical account management, client services, or similar roles preferred
