Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries regarding health insurance, supplementary coverage, and provident fund benefits
- Review and process benefit claims, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
- Provide personalised guidance on policy options, coverage levels, and eligibility criteria
- Maintain comprehensive client records and update systems with current information
- Respond to documentation requests and support clients through claims appeals if needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure client satisfaction
