Junior Sales Development Representative

About This Opportunity

Our client, a confidential marketing services organization, is seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to join their growing team in the Philippines. We are representing them in this search and invite motivated communicators to apply through Get A Job.ai.

In this role, you'll conduct outbound outreach to marketing executives across the United States, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Previous cold-calling experience is helpful but not required—we welcome recent graduates, career changers, and anyone with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers in the United States
• Engage with senior leaders including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Growth Marketing Managers, and business owners
• Present services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner
• Build rapport and ask thoughtful qualifying questions to identify good-fit prospects
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Schedule qualified appointments and ensure accurate calendar coordination
• Maintain detailed CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
• Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching

• Natural communication style—able to follow a structured process while sounding authentic rather than scripted
• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not required
