About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization seeking an Immune Hematology Manager for the Philadelphia, PA territory. This remote field-based role focuses on building relationships within the chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) community and delivering results in a specialized therapeutic area. Our talent team is conducting a targeted search for professionals with hematology or oncology experience who are ready to make an impact in transplant medicine.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotional strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals through approved channels, including face-to-face and virtual presentations
• Provide on-label product information to key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and designated accounts within your assigned geography
• Develop comprehensive business plans demonstrating exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel at targeted accounts, including both HCPs and non-HCPs
• Analyze sales and market trends to identify business opportunities and implement effective plans of action
• Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs, and external expenditures
• Maintain expertise in product access, reimbursement environments, managed care, GPOs, specialty pharmacy, and state programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, managed care, analytics, compliance, and legal
• Utilize CRM and planning systems to optimize coverage and meet sales objectives
• Ensure timely and accurate administrative management of call data, expenses, and reporting requirements
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success in generating and driving sales results
• Product launch experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in live engagements with healthcare providers and staff
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel 20% or more

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hematology, oncology, precision medicine, or bone marrow transplant experience
• Field sales, hospital/academic institution sales, or managed care experience within the oncology/hematology-transplant market
• Experience navigating oral oncology access and reimbursement environments

Pay

The client has indicated a salary range of $146,250 to $243,750 for this position, with final compensation determined based on demonstrated experience. The role includes eligibility for comprehensive employee benefits.
