About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global technology services organization in their search for a Network Engineer based in Mexico. Our client is a major player in digital transformation, serving enterprise customers worldwide with cutting-edge cloud and networking solutions.
This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work on complex, multi-cloud networking architecture for a global client base. You'll be part of a team driving innovation in cloud connectivity, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and plan networking solutions and connectivity architecture for major platforms
- Develop efficient multi-cloud networking solutions ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across business service lines
- Deliver backlog items consistently while adding measurable value to the team
- Support networking solutions and products throughout their entire lifecycle
- Implement architectural solutions following enterprise best practices and standards
- Drive automation initiatives across all networking processes for improved operational efficiency
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational dashboards
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of traditional and cloud networking solutions, particularly Azure
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with dynamic routing protocols
- Intermediate firewall administration capabilities
- Proven experience managing DNS in cloud environments
- Proficiency with code management tools including Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps
- Advanced oral English for collaboration with global teams
- Advanced Spanish language skills
- High-performance mindset with resilience, emotional intelligence, and agile delivery focus
Desired Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of remote access solutions (P2S and S2S VPNs)
- Advanced expertise in release management tools, primarily Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code paradigms such as Terraform and ARM Templates
- Ability to operate effectively within API-driven ecosystems
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Track record implementing and supporting solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
- Relevant certifications: Az-104, Az-400, Az-700, CCNA/CCNP, or vendor equivalents
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
