Store Supervisor – Full Time

Position Summary

As Store Supervisor at our Birr location on Railway Road, you'll take charge of daily operations, manage our team, and maintain the standards our customers expect. What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily running of the store and support smooth operations throughout each shift
• Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative workplace
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and address customer queries promptly
• Manage cash handling and till operations with accuracy and security
• Manage stock levels, execute merchandising initiatives, and maintain an attractive store presentation
• Enforce SPAR's operational procedures and quality standards across all store activities
• Partner with management to achieve store performance targets and business objectives

Who We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or management experience in retail or another fast-paced sector
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with till systems and stock management practices
• Availability to work full-time hours as required by the business
