About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential robotics and AI technology firm seeking a Growth & Marketing Analyst to build and optimize their B2B inbound marketing engine. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Argentina or Uruguay.
Our client works at the intersection of advanced simulation, synthetic data, and emerging technology. They need a sharp, self-directed marketer who can translate complex technical concepts into high-performing demand generation campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute conversion funnels, landing pages, and B2B lead generation offers including technical assessments and pilot programs
- Create compelling content across LinkedIn, case studies, landing pages, and visual assets that communicate technical value to business audiences
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to accelerate research, copywriting, and content production
- Build and iterate marketing assets hands-on using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads
- Monitor pipeline KPIs and collaborate with leadership to optimize for qualified leads and revenue rather than vanity metrics
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or B2B demand generation (technology, SaaS, or agency backgrounds strongly preferred)
- Hands-on execution skills: ability to write sharp copy, build landing pages, and launch digital campaigns independently
- Daily practical experience integrating modern AI tools and workflows into marketing execution
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High degree of autonomy, curiosity, and bias toward action
- Must be located in Argentina or Uruguay with flexibility to work in Americas time zones
