Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization that is building its data capabilities and looking for an emerging analyst to join their growing team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, South Africa, or Yemen. You'll work during US time zones (PST - EST) and collaborate with experienced professionals who are invested in your development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets for analysis
• Build reports and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Monitor key metrics and investigate anomalies when they arise
• Document data sources, definitions, and analytical processes
• Support senior analysts on ongoing projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience (bootcamp, internship, or self-taught background)
• Basic proficiency in Excel and interest in learning SQL and business intelligence tools
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the data analytics field
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work during US time zones
