Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Pacific Time)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential senior care platform in their search for an Inbound Sales Representative to work remotely in Pacific Time. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as the trusted first point of contact for families navigating senior care decisions. You'll combine empathy, consultative selling, and strategic guidance to help caregivers find the right care solutions for their loved ones.

This is a remote position requiring strong schedule adherence during assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from families seeking senior care options via phone from your home office
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls to understand each family's unique situation and needs
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match them with appropriate communities and providers
• Act as the liaison between families and care providers after completing new hire training
• Meet daily production benchmarks including inbound calls, outbound return calls, family referrals, and scheduled tours
• Deliver an exceptional, empathetic experience that drives move-ins and long-term client satisfaction
• Navigate internal CRM systems while simultaneously conducting phone consultations

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of inside sales or inbound call center experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and production benchmarks
• Strong multitasking abilities—you can talk on the phone while taking detailed notes on the computer
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Empathy and emotional intelligence when working with families in challenging situations
• Availability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Must be based in Canada or the USA and able to work Pacific Time hours

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $45,760 annually ($22.00/hour)

On-Target Earnings: $74,000 annually (includes uncapped variable bonus of up to $28,240)
