National Service Manager

Rotork is recruiting a National Service Manager to join our Leeds, England office on a full-time, remote-enabled basis. This is an opportunity to lead service operations at a national level, managing teams, customer relationships, and service delivery excellence across the UK.

Position Summary

As National Service Manager, you will oversee Rotork's service operations function, leading teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You'll develop service strategy, manage operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple service locations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring both people management expertise and commercial awareness within a global industrial company.

Core Duties

• Lead and manage service teams across multiple locations, setting performance standards and building capability
• Oversee service contracts, budgets, and forecasting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
• Develop and maintain strategic customer partnerships, identifying service opportunities and addressing requirements
• Monitor service delivery quality, response times, and customer satisfaction performance
• Drive operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support functions to ensure coordinated service delivery
• Contribute to business planning, strategy development, and annual forecasting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing service operations, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Track record of leading and developing teams across multiple locations or regions
• Commercial experience including budget management and P&L accountability
• Strong customer account management and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with service management systems and business analytics
• Capability to execute strategy and drive organisational change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Qualification in business management, engineering, or related field is desirable
