Position Summary

Core Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive pay equity audits across business units and geographies to identify gaps and disparities
  • Analyse compensation data using statistical methods to ensure equal pay for comparable work
  • Develop and implement pay equity policies, guidelines, and remediation strategies
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to address identified inequities
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with employment law and pay equity regulations in relevant jurisdictions
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging legislation and best practices in pay equity management

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, pay equity audits, or related HR analytical work
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical software
  • Knowledge of employment law, equal pay regulations, and relevant compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings clearly to senior audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work independently whilst building effective cross-functional relationships
