The Opportunity

As a Visual Merchandiser at our Québec location, you'll play a key role in transforming our retail space into an inspiring environment that showcases our latest collections. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work alongside our dedicated sales team while contributing your creative vision to drive customer engagement and sales performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain eye-catching product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes
• Arrange merchandise strategically throughout the store to highlight new arrivals and key products
• Collaborate with store management and sales associates to ensure displays support sales objectives
• Monitor and refresh displays regularly to keep the retail environment fresh and inviting
• Apply visual design principles and techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Assist with store layout optimization and fixture placement as needed

What You Bring

• A strong eye for visual design and creative merchandising concepts
• Experience in retail visual merchandising or similar customer-facing display work
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in styling and arrangement
• Flexibility with scheduling, including potential evening and weekend shifts
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
