About This Position

As a Cashier with Pilot Company, you'll be the first and last contact for guests visiting our Williamsburg location. You'll operate our registers, process transactions, and deliver the friendly, efficient service that defines our brand. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments with precision and security
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing checkout area
• Stock merchandise displays and shelves throughout the retail space
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately
• Comply with all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work a part-time schedule and stand for long periods
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and payment processing
