About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the corporate relocation industry. They need a Client Finance Billing Analyst to join their finance operations team in the United States. This role is central to maintaining billing accuracy and client satisfaction across a portfolio of corporate accounts.
As the Billing Analyst, you'll own the day-to-day invoicing cycle for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all relocation-related expenses. You'll serve as a key liaison between client accounting teams, internal service delivery staff, and collections, resolving billing queries and maintaining the integrity of financial data throughout month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client invoices with all required reports and reconciliations (80% of role)
- Document reasons for delayed billing and escalate obstacles that prevent on-time invoicing
- Respond to billing queries from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution (15% of role)
- Communicate data inconsistencies and errors to processing teams for correction
- Update training materials and client guides related to billing processes
- Support special projects and urgent payment requests as directed by leadership (5% of role)
- Collaborate daily with client service delivery teams and client accounting/mobility departments
- Manage pre-sorting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual close periods
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Financial or accounting knowledge preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment under time-sensitive conditions
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or client finance operations is a plus
