Senior AI Creative Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to develop cutting-edge AIGC video and AI-animated assets for paid advertising campaigns. This role will support global market growth and product launches across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for advertising growth and marketing initiatives, from initial brief through final asset delivery
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate every phase of the design process including ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish
• Organize AIGC prompts and internal visual resource libraries to improve design efficiency across the team
• Maintain fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance, and emerging platforms)
• Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction
• Partner with business development and local market teams to produce and iterate on advertising creative

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative—ideally in tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
• Active hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation creative tools, with demonstrated ability to translate AI capabilities into high-performing creatives and measurable business outcomes
• Comfort working at speed in a remote environment while maintaining exceptionally high standards for work quality
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce and iterate on advertising creative
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English required to collaborate across multilingual, cross-regional teams
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in AI-assisted creative production for digital advertising
