Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality client in Duisburg seeking Kiosk Team Members to join their event operations. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Prepare and serve grilled items such as bratwurst at stadium concessions
• Pour and serve beverages including beer and soft drinks with proper presentation
• Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions
• Ensure your service area is fully stocked and operationally ready before events
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout your shift
• Jump in to support teammates wherever assistance is needed during high-volume periods
• Create positive guest experiences through friendly, efficient service

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age 16 years
• Passion for live events and hospitality – career changers and experienced professionals alike are welcome
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Warm, welcoming personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize effectively during busy event rushes
• Reliable and flexible – your team can count on you
• Good communication skills in German; English is a plus
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable moments for guests
