Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level business conversations to uncover client needs and position solutions as essential inventory tools
- Onboard new business partners, re-engage inactive accounts, and nurture regular users to drive daily platform participation
- Clearly articulate ROI to new or hesitant clients while building sustainable, repeatable processes for mature accounts
- Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene using HubSpot to log activity, manage pipeline, and report accurately
- Navigate objections confidently, address pain points, and follow up consistently to advance conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and feed market insights back to product development
- Take ownership of targets, proactively seeking coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
