As a Business Operations Associate, you will tackle critical operational and commercial challenges across the B2B dealer experience. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution—you'll identify opportunities through data, develop hypotheses, and drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results. The position is intentionally broad, requiring collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions.

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high agency, and enjoys transforming messy problems into structured solutions. You'll have regular exposure to senior leadership while working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and smart problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute operational improvements across the dealer post-sale journey, with significant focus on transport and payment products
• Analyze friction points in the dealer experience and implement strategies to improve platform retention and reduce cancellation rates
• Embed AI and automation into operational workflows to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Research, test, and launch new post-sale services that deliver ongoing value to dealers
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception through implementation, partnering with multiple departments and external stakeholders
• Conduct data-driven analysis of operational, financial, and product metrics to diagnose problems and uncover improvement opportunities
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and tracking frameworks for strategic initiatives
• Translate complex operational challenges into clear action plans for leadership and stakeholders
• Drive change with ownership, pace, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
