• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability targets
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff members
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage guest feedback
• Monitor stock, inventory, and supplier relationships
