About This Position

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Warfield, Berkshire location. In this part-time role, you'll supervise team members, maintain service standards, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. As a Team Leader at Greene King, you'll be the backbone of our operations, motivating your team whilst upholding the high standards our customers expect from us.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address development needs
• Ensure health and safety compliance, food safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently met
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, stock management, and cash handling
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and business objectives
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and constructively
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards throughout the premises

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and delivering customer-focused service
• Flexibility to work as part of a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
