This position is ideal for a technically-minded product professional who excels at translating complex business needs into clear requirements and managing cross-functional delivery from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
- Support senior product leadership across strategic operations work streams and product initiatives
- Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities
- Drive end-to-end execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration
- Establish and maintain intake and triage processes for enhancement requests and operational work
- Build and maintain a prioritized view of platform risks and operational gaps, surfacing issues early to product leadership
- Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across multiple initiatives
- Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, enablement materials, and stakeholder communications
- Support client and internal team discussions to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful adoption
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate outcomes including communication drafting, data analysis, and documentation
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements and drive work to completion across cross-functional teams
- Experience reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation (REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks fundamentals)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on data, AI, e-commerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a related field
- Entrepreneurial or founder mindset
- Experience with AI tooling for documentation, requirements gathering, and building solutions
- Integration-heavy environment exposure (APIs, webhooks)
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Notion, backlog management tools, documentation platforms, and basic data analysis tools
