We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Partner Enablement Manager based remotely in the United Kingdom. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring occasional travel (less than 25%).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver partner training on solutions, services, and industry best practices within the cybersecurity and PKI domain
  • Collaborate on designing and delivering training programs covering product positioning, competitive advantages, and implementation methodologies
  • Create and curate training content including presentations, webinars, and technical guides tailored to different partner segments
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management on partner performance and program impact
  • Build strong relationships with advanced regional partners, serving as primary technical champion and point of contact
  • Provide ongoing technical support, address partner inquiries, and help resolve obstacles to successful delivery
  • Manage the transition of partner-delivered projects to internal support and customer success teams
  • Handle partner escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring partner needs are met
  • Validate that business goals are defined and achieved through structured project playbooks
  • Collaborate with sales and global services teams to ensure partners can effectively scope and deliver implementations
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and ensure consistent partner messaging

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and industry standards
  • In-depth knowledge of IT operations, industry regulations, and advanced technical methodologies
  • Experience in large enterprise IT environments through services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement
  • Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills with customers and partners
  • Moderate to strong proficiency with Windows Server operating systems
  • Solid understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills for complex partner deployments
  • Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services
  • Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments
  • Moderate scripting development skills using Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs
  • Competency with Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication
  • Familiarity with PKI and certificate authority solutions is highly valued
  • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and train peers
