We're seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our London team on a casual, part-time basis. You'll be at the heart of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining our store to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and product guidance to shoppers throughout the store
- Process transactions accurately at the till and handle payments using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain and replenish product displays, ensuring stock is well-organised and visually appealing
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and stockroom organisation
- Support the wider team in keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional, helpful manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a rotating shift schedule
- Keen attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
