Client Delivery Associate

About the Role

As a Client Delivery Associate at Experian, you'll take ownership of the client experience by coordinating project delivery, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring our solutions meet your clients' evolving business needs. You'll work at the intersection of technical delivery and customer satisfaction, translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes that build long-term partnerships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and maintaining transparent, proactive communication throughout project cycles
• Coordinate delivery timelines, resources, and milestones across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Gather, document, and clarify client requirements to ensure solutions align with their business objectives
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to appropriate teams whilst keeping clients informed and reassured
• Track project metrics, deliverables, and client satisfaction indicators; report progress and identify improvement opportunities
• Support onboarding and training activities to help clients adopt and maximise value from Experian solutions

What We're Looking For

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; proven success managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude and commitment to resolution
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment whilst collaborating effectively across distributed teams
• Prior experience in client-facing delivery, account management, or customer success roles is advantageous
