Role Overview
As a Personal Trainer at Equinox Hollywood, you'll deliver personalized training programs to club members, combining your expertise in exercise science with Equinox's signature commitment to luxury fitness and transformative wellness. This full-time position places you at the heart of member success, building lasting relationships and designing programs that drive real results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and one-on-one training sessions tailored to each member's goals and fitness level
- Design and modify progressive training programs focused on strength, conditioning, flexibility, and overall wellness
- Provide ongoing motivation, form correction, and performance feedback during sessions
- Track member progress, adjust programming based on results, and maintain detailed training records
- Educate members on proper exercise technique, nutrition fundamentals, and sustainable lifestyle habits
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals and club staff to deliver a cohesive member experience
- Maintain a professional, safe training environment and adhere to all club policies and safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications
- Current certification from an accredited personal training organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and programming principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse clientele
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to member safety and satisfaction
- Experience in group fitness settings and/or boutique fitness environments preferred
